PIPETTES Pharmacotherapeutic category Ectoparasiticides. Pyrethrins and pyrethroids.
Permethrin, associations.
Active ingredients: Imidacloprid 100 mg/ml; permethrin 500 mg/ml.

flea allergy dermatitis (FAD). The product has persistent activity
acaricide and repellent against tick infestations (Rhipicephalus
sanguineus and Ixodes ricinus for four weeks, and Dermacentor reticulatus for
three weeks). It is possible that ticks already present on the dog will not come
killed within two days after treatment and remain attached and visible.
It is therefore recommended to remove ticks already present on the dog
moment of treatment, in order to prevent them from attaching and consuming a
blood meal. A treatment provides a repellent (anti-feeding) activity
against sandflies (Phlebotomus papatasi for two weeks and Phlebotomus
perniciosus for three weeks), against mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti for two
weeks and culex pipiens for four weeks) and against horse flies
(Stomoxys calcitrans) for four weeks.
Contraindications/secondary effects: In the absence of available data, the
Product should not be used on puppies under the age of 7
weeks or 1.5 kg of weight. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the principles
active ingredients or to any of the excipients. Do not use on cats.

To reduce reinfestation due to
appearance of new fleas, it is recommended to treat all animals present
in the domestic environment. The other animals living in the same environment
household must be treated with a suitable product. To contribute
to further reduce the environmental threat, additional use is recommended
of a suitable environmental treatment against adult fleas and their stages
way of development. The product remains effective even if the animal gets wet. Yes
however, you must avoid intense and prolonged exposure to water. In case of
Frequent exposure may reduce the persistence of efficacy. In
in these cases do not repeat the treatment more frequently than once a day
week. If shampooing is required for your dog, it is best to do so first

dog's hips.
Storage: Do not freeze. After opening the foil pouch,
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees C.
Warnings: It is possible that individual ticks attach or that individual
sandflies or mosquitoes bite. For this reason, if the conditions are
unfavorable conditions, disease transmission cannot be completely ruled out
infectious by these parasites. However, the product provides a
repellent activity (anti-feeding) against ticks, sandflies and
mosquitoes, thus preventing the repelled parasites from taking a blood meal
and thus reducing the risk of transmission of dog-borne diseases
vector (Canine Vector, Borne Disease, CVBD), such as borreliosis,
rickettsiosis, ehrlichiosis, leishmaniasis. You must be careful to avoid that
the contents of the pipette come into contact with your eyes or mouth
treated animals. Care must be taken when administering the product
correctly, in particular, oral intake due to the
licking of the application site by the treated animals or by
of animals in contact with them.

extremely toxic to cats and could be fatal, due to
peculiar physiology of the cat which is incapable of metabolising certain compounds,
including permethrin. To prevent cats from being accidentally exposed to the product, keep treated dogs away from cats after treatment and
until the application site has dried.
Special precautions for those administering: avoid contact of the product with the skin, eyes or mouth. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. In case of accidental spillage on the skin, wash immediately with soap and water. People with sensitivity

of burning or numbness. If the product accidentally ends up in the
eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water. If skin or eye irritation
persists or if the product is accidentally ingested, contact
