The Catit PIXI drinking fountain is decorated with a cute drawing of a cat with feet and whiskers, making it a fun decorative object.
The fountain encourages your cat to drink more fluids by making the tap water flow or splash – depending on the setting you select.

The triple-action filter ensures optimal water quality, removing dirt and bad odors and making the water softer.

The Catit PIXI fountain is equipped with a silent, energy-efficient pump , which is equipped with a sensor that automatically switches off the fountain when the water level is too low.

Cleaning the fountain:
Wash the fountain once a week with a soft sponge and a mild detergent free from chemicals and abrasives and rinse it.

Be sure to rinse thoroughly, as long as no soap residue remains.

Cleaning the filter:
Remove the filter from the bottom and rinse it.

Do not wash the filter with soap.

If the filter contains impurities or other foreign substances, replace it. (Replacement filters are sold separately.)

Replace the filter every 3/4 weeks or as soon as you detect signs of saturation with foreign substances (impurities, food residues, hair, etc.).

More frequent replacement may be necessary depending on the home environment or water quality, or if used by multiple animals.

Cleaning the pump:
If you think the pump is dirty, open it and remove the fan cover and fan.

Remove any debris from the fan and clean the fan compartment with running water. Handle the fan with care.

If the pump makes noise, clean it as described above and fill the water container with a generous amount of water, so that the pump is completely submerged.

The pump must not run dry!
